JEDCO Hosts HR Seminar for Small Businesses

(Avondale, La) – Does your company have the right people in the right jobs? Recruiting, hiring and training are vital components to improving the success of your growing company. The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO) and Simmons & White has tips to help you and your HR team better know and understand your employees’ strengths and weaknesses and how they will impact your business.

As part of the Grow with JEDCO series, the economic development commission will host “Human Resources: Their importance for Growing (and all) Companies.” Simmons & White consultant, Clayton White, will cover a variety of topics relating to best HR practices, including:

Mr. White is a member and organizer of the South Coast Angel Fund. The South Coast Angel Fund is a member-managed angel capital fund designed to utilize the capital, resources, and expertise of its members to profit from its investments in entrepreneurial, early-stage companies in Louisiana.
