Rebuilding Incentives for Multi-Family Housing Owners and Developers
A NEW multi-family housing tax incentive is available to property owners and developers to increase the number of available rental housing units in the region.

You are invited to participate in a January 26th briefing on the new emergency rule recently promulgated by the Department of Economic Development to allow eligibility for sales tax rebates for related renovation and construction costs of mid-sized multi-family properties.

The program will brief participants on new Louisiana Economic Development (LED) Enterprise Zone incentives that allow multi-family rental developments to qualify for sale tax rebates for renovation & construction in south Louisiana.
