Jefferson Parish Transit will not Restore Services

Due to the return of the Jefferson Parish Publicly Assisted Evacuees, all Jefferson Parish Transit buses will be used for this re-entry process.
Regular transit service in Jefferson Parish including Mobility Impaired Transit System (MITS) is suspended until the completion of the Publicly Assisted Evacuees re-entry process. A press release will be issued when services are restored early next week.
