Seedco Financial celebrates the grand opening of the Southeast Louisiana Fisheries Assistance Center in time for the start of shrimp season.

Serving Plaquemines, St. Bernard, Jefferson and Orleans Parishes, the Seedco Financial Southeast Louisiana Fisheries Assistance Center will house technical and financial resources targeted to the needs of commercial fishermen, docks, processors and related businesses. With participation from nonprofit and government partners and industry associations, services provided will include access to financial assistance, industry specific technical assistance, business planning, marketing and business development, workforce support, and support for English-limited populations.

Business counseling intake services provided by Louisiana Small Business Development Centers and IT training by Louisiana Technology Center.
