Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard and Parish Council members, Mayors, City Council members and Police Chiefs from Jefferson Parish municipalities, the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office and representatives from the Eastbank and Westbank Levee Districts will hold a joint news conference at 7 a.m. Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the Jefferson Parish Emergency Operations Center located at 1887 Ames Boulevard, Marrero.
