JEDCO, Jefferson Chamber to host seminar on leadership

There are many words used to describe a leader: innovative, visionary, communicator, passionate, confident. The list goes on and on. One of the best qualities that many great leaders have is the ability to unleash the potential in their employees. Leaders inspire results within the workplace and motivate their teams to do their best work.

As part of the Prosper Jefferson seminar series, JEDCO and the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to bring you a seminar on Leadership Management. Three business leaders will share their own experiences running their companies while also discussing important topics related to leadership in the workplace, including:

  • Traits of a good leader
  • How leaders drive engagement
  • Understanding a customer’s needs and motivating the team to achieve them
  • How to grow your business through effective leadership skills
