When it came time to expand our corporate offices in Jefferson Parish, we needed to acquire vacant state-owned land adjacent to our property. We didn’t know where to start and turned to JEDCO for help. They jumped on the task and quickly got us in touch with the state and local officials needed to guide us through the process. We successfully acquired the land and now have the space and ability to expand our presence in the parish. JEDCO’s assistance in the process was critical and we look forward to partnering with them on future opportunities.
