Kenneth J. Uhlich, Jr., CExP, ChFC, LUTCF, Associate General Agent
The Producers Group, Inc.

Mr.  Kenneth J. Uhlich, Jr., CExP™, ChFC®, LUTCF brings over 15 years of experience in business planning, specifically in the field of business exit planning, as he is one of only a handful of certified planners in Louisiana. He specializes in helping his clients find maximize multiple aspects of their business’s value as they prepare for sale or transfer. In addition, he works closely with each client that he represents to aid them in designing their personal cash flow ensuring that they actualize as much of their wealth-building potential as possible.

In 2015, Kenny became the Associate General Agent of The Producers Group, Inc., which is a financial services firm located here in Metairie. The firm’s focus has always heavily focused on corporate planning. It is the lessons, learned both personally and professionally that Mr. Uhlich brings to this unique discussion.

Kenny lives in Covington with his wife of 17 years Christina, and their four children.  Outside of his professional role, Kenny serves as a Roman Catholic Deacon and holds a master’s degree in theology.

David Cusimano, Principal

David Cusimano has been working for over fifteen years with small and middle-market private companies in capacities ranging from entrepreneur to middle-market investment banker and M&A advisor.  He has led numerous strategic planning, M&A valuation, financial analysis, and CFO engagements. David’s diverse career is tied together by the unifying theme of identifying opportunities where others see problems and wrapping strategies of success around them.

After beginning his career as an aeronautical engineer for Lockheed Martin, he made a transition to business by founding a flight training company and an air charter company.  Since that time, he has worked as a partner or advisor with numerous businesses in the United States and internationally.

In addition to working with Emerge Dynamics, David facilitates the financial modules of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, has taught economics courses at both Tulane University and Delgado Community College, a Mergers and Acquisitions course at the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, and invests through Gulf Search Capital. David holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, an M.A. in Economics from University of Texas at Arlington, an M.B.A. with finance and international business concentrations from Tulane University, and the Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA)Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Certified Value Builder (CVBA), and the Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA) designations.
