Happy, Healthy Workplace, Part 3: Healthy Business Initiatives

In 2018, establishing a wellness plan into your company’s core values can have a long-lasting impact on employee retention and business growth. Company culture, self-care and a healthy work-life balance have become important topics in the business world, and can be used as recruitment tools to attract high-quality employees. Not only that, but in some cases, workplace wellness programs can help lower insurance premiums for the company, too!

In our final Prosper Jefferson seminar of the year, JEDCO and the Jefferson Chamber have teamed up to present a seminar on Wellness in the Workplace. This is the third in a three-part miniseries about company culture and the promotion of a happy, healthy workplace. We have invited three experts to discuss the importance of workplace wellness programs and how they can benefit your business. Discussion topics include:

  • How to create a Workplace Wellness program
  • Eating to beat stress
  • Healthy work habits
  • Positive work-life balance
